Glen Lake One AND Two Mile Swim

The Glen Lake Swim is pleased to endorse 4ocean, a company focused on removing plastic waste from the ocean. 4ocean is funded by selling bracelets made from recycled materials. The company pledges to remove one pound of trash from the ocean and coastlines for each bracelet that is sold. 4ocean currently operates out of multiple countries and employs over 150 people worldwide. The Glen Lake Swim: Glennie Rises! is a one AND two mile professionally-timed swim race in picturesque Glen Lake in Goffstown, New Hampshire for experienced swimmers. In 2019 the event will take place on Sunday August 11th and is being held to raise funds to support local outdoor recreational opportunities and to promote aquatic safety.

This swim is not for novices; the event is for experienced swimmers only. To participate, you should be able to swim one mile comfortably in 45 minutes or less. Do not sign up for the two mile race unless you are certain that you have the necessary endurance. |
